Where we stand
The information you hold is yours
You’ll often be holding details about the people you serve — sometimes about children. We treat that as what it is. The specifics are in our Privacy Policy and Security Overview.
No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no session recording. Our fonts are served from our own systems, so visiting Roundela doesn’t quietly tell anyone else that you did.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use the information in our customers’ accounts to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.
Each organisation’s data is separate. Every query is scoped to a single organisation — no organisation can see another’s records.
AI features stay off unless an organisation turns them on. Where they aren’t configured, nothing is sent to any AI provider at all.
